| The Commission approves NBTel's request to extend to 31 August 2000, the promotion which waives the applicable service charges for a four-month period for customers who convert from Hyperstream service to digital broadband service (DBS) - end to end frame relay, and customers who upgrade from one speed of DBS - end to end frame relay to a higher speed. | |
