| The Commission approves TCI's request to increase residential rates to recover a portion of its local competition start-up and local number portability costs as permitted by Order CRTC 2000-143 dated 23 February 2000. | |

| TCI filed these applications on 31 March 2000 and 7 June 2000 respectively, to revise Item 425 of its General Tariff. | |
