Ottawa, 19 June 2000 | |
TELUS Communications Inc. Tariff Notices 211 and 211A |
|
2000 Price Cap | |
The Commission approves TCI's request to reduce business individual line service, business multi-line service and local business contract option rates.
The Commission received comments from Call-Net Enterprises Inc., on behalf of itself and its wholly owned affiliates including Sprint Canada Inc., Call-Net Communications Inc. and Call-Net Technology Services Inc.
Call-Net submitted that the public interest would be far better served by a reduction in the TCI contribution rate as opposed to reductions in TCI's business rates.
TCI filed these applications on 31 March 2000 and on 7 June 2000 respectively, to revise Items 425.3 and 425.4 of its General Tariff.
These revisions will take effect on the date of this order.
