Basic Canada packages

The Commission approves, on a final basis, NBTel's ex parte application to modify the requirements of the "Basic Canada Package - Flat Rated" or "Basic Canada Package - Usage Based" services (which bundle local access, toll and features) such that customers must subscribe to only one feature.
NBTel filed this application on 27 September 1999 to revise Items 47.1 and 47.2 of its General Tariff.
The Commission received no comments with respect to this application.
The application was approved on an interim basis in Telecom Order CRTC 99-1012 dated 21 October 1999.
