The Commission approves, on a final basis, NewTel's application dated 23 December 1999 filed on behalf of itself, Island Telecom Inc. and NBTel Inc., to introduce Section 6, Promotions, to the APTC Regional Services Tariff, as well as a sales promotion for selected optional features. |

The Commission received no comments with respect to this application. |

The application was approved on an interim basis in Order CRTC 2000-11 dated 14 January 2000. |
