By letter dated 17 November 1999, My Free Telecom, a division of VSOFT Inc. (MFT), indicated that it subscribes to Centrex services provided by Bell Canada (Bell) in the 416-255 exchange (Toronto), and that such services are limited to local or single-hop services. In support of its requested exemption from contribution charges for these services, MFT filed an affidavit dated 17 November 1999. | |

By letter dated 7 December 1999, Bell indicated that it had reviewed its records with respect to services provided by MFT and confirmed that it has provided a Centrex system in the 416-255 exchange. Bell also noted that MFT's affidavit appears to satisfy the evidentiary requirement associated with a contribution exemption for the provision of local or single-hop Extended Area Service. Accordingly, Bell agreed with the requested exemption. |

The Commission finds that MFT's affidavit meets the Commission's evidentiary requirements. |

In light of the foregoing, MFT's application is approved effective the date of application. |
