Promotion
The Commission approves, on a final basis, TCI's application dated 1 October 1999 to: (a) extend the TCI Megalink Service Promotion; (b) amend the promotion eligibility criteria; and (c) delete the Condition of Service which stipulates a maximum one-time service charge waiver of $3,000 per customer.
The Commission received no comments with respect to this application.
The application was approved on an interim basis in Telecom Order CRTC 99-1040 dated 29 October 1999.
