The Commission approves, on a final basis, Bell's application dated 10 December 1999 to provide for a diverse EEWD (enhanced exchange wide dial) access facility to an emergency response centre to operate in the event of a national emergency.
The Commission received no comments with respect to this application.
The application was approved on an interim basis in Telecom Order CRTC 99-1168 dated 20 December 1999.
