Order CRTC 2000-304

Ottawa, 17 April 2000
TELUS Communications (B.C.) Inc.
Tariff Notice 4049
Promotion
The Commission approves TCBC's request to introduce a Business Additional Line Service Charge Waiver Promotion for a shortened promotional period until 12 August 2000.
The Commission finds that the proposal is not substantially different from the existing promotion under General Tariff Item 32 E.4 – Two Free Months Additional Line Promotion. The Commission also considers that the shorter period for the new promotion would allow both promotions to be completed within the 12-month period allowed without the support of an imputation test.
TCBC filed this application on 29 February 2000 to revise Item 32 E.8 of its General Tariff.
These revisions take effect the date of this order.
