Promotion
The Commission approves on an interim basis TCBC's request to introduce the Internet Call Director Free for 30 Days Promotion for a shortened promotional period from 7 April 2000 to 6 March 2001.

1.

This promotion provides existing local and long distance individual line customers with a free initial month of Internet Call Director service with a new subscription.

After the initial 30 days of free service, customers are eligible to receive a $1 per month discount off the regular Internet Call Director tariff rate for the remaining months of the promotion provided they are also subscribing to at least one of TCBC’s following services:
  • Three-Feature Value Package
  • No Limits Personal Call Management Services
  • Residential Additional Line Bundle

The Commission is of the view that the discounted benefit period is one month. Under TN 4053, the combined enrolment period and benefit period would have been 13 months if approved.

The Commission is of the view that the combined enrolment and benefit period of a promotion should not exceed 12 months.

TCBC filed its application on 6 March 2000.
