Introduction of microCallCenter
The Commission approves TCBC's request to introduce microCallCenter (mCC) as an optional feature of Centrex service.

The mCC feature will provide Centrex call center customers with enhanced automatic call distribution functionality for short term call center activities without purchasing customer premise hardware and software.
TCBC filed its application on 10 February 2000 and amended it on 28 February 2000.
The revisions to Item 43 of its General Tariff take effect on the date of this order.
