Order CRTC 2000-247

Ottawa, 30 March 2000
TELUS Communications Inc.

Tariff Notice 206

Promotion
The Commission denies TCI's proposed extension to the Centrex Small Business promotion.
The Commission notes that under the company's existing General Tariff Item 565, the sign-up period is 10 months and considers that the benefit period is equal to two months. Accordingly, the Commission considers that the existing promotion is at the 12-month time limit which does not require support from an imputation test.
The Commission therefore denies the proposed extension of this promotion filed on 1 March 2000.
