The Commission approves TCI's request to provide an initial DS-1 access channel from a specific customer location outside the base rate area served by the High River central office.
TCI filed an application on 25 February 2000 to add Item E-670 to its Special Assembly Tariff.
These revisions take effect on the date of this order.
