Contribution charges
The Commission approves NBTel's tariff revisions to implement modifications to the regime for international contribution with the change outlined below.
With respect to traffic entering or exiting Canada, NBTel’s tariff specifies that the contribution charges in Bell Canada’s Access Services Tariff (CRTC 7516) apply.
The Commission directs NBTel to modify its tariff to state explicitly the contribution charges that would apply instead of referencing Bell’s tariff.
NBTel filed its application on 1 February 2000 and amended it on 10 February 2000.
The revisions to Items 10, 800.7, 801.4, 801.5 and 801.6 of the General Tariff take effect on the date of this order. NBTel is directed to issue revised tariff pages forthwith.
