Le Conseil approuve la demande de Bell visant à fournir une installation de transmission numérique à 128 kbit/s entre Drummondville et Notre Dame du Bon Conseil (Québec).
Bell a déposé une demande le 18 février 2000 en vue d'ajouter l’article D-59(c) à son Tarif des montages spéciaux.
Ces révisions entreront en vigueur le 20 mars 2000.
