The Commission approves TCI's request to incorporate wordings to clearly reflect the payments to TCI in the event of termination of service prior to the expiry of the contract term.
TCI filed its application on 11 February 2000 to revise Item 325 of the General Tariff.
These revisions will take effect on 13 March 2000.
