Digital broadband service
The Commission approves NBTel's request to offer a promotion from 1 March to 1 July 2000.
Frame Relay service customers who upgrade to a higher speed and customers who convert from Hyperstream Service to Digital Broadband Service – End to End Frame Relay during the promotion will have the service charges waived.
NBTel filed its application on 31 January 2000 to remove Item 3850 and to revise Item 3875 of the Special Services Tariff.
These revisions will take effect on 1 March 2000.
