Ottawa, 11 February 2000
On 14 January 2000, MTS Communications Inc. (MTS) filed an application for approval of revisions to General Tariff Item 1997, introducing Microlink Measured Service, which provides for usage measured digital transmission of voice and data consisting of two 64 kbps B channels and one 16 kbps D channel located between MTS's serving wire centre and the customer's premises.

In light of the foregoing, the Commission orders that:
The application is approved effective 14 February 2000.
