Tariff Notice 743

  Construction outside the Marsh Lake base rate area
 

The Commission approves, on an interim basis, Northwestel's revisions for the extension of service to the Marsh Lake area in the Yukon, effective the date of this order. A revised instalment payment plan will apply.

 

The Commission directs Northwestel to file forthwith tariff revisions to modify the instalment payment plan in Item 307.4 to be consistent with the payment plan approved by the Commission in Decision CRTC 2000-746 dated 30 November 2000.
