The Commission approves Bell Canada's request to clarify that the application of the service connection charge waiver for customers with Centrex systems up to 100 locals who commit to minimum contract periods of 3- to 5-years apply only to small Centrex customers. The company has also removed references to promotions that have expired.

 

Bell Canada filed the application on 17 October 2000 to revise Item 675.1(b) of its General Tariff.

 

The revisions take effect on the date of this order.
