The following item is withdrawn from the agenda of the Public Hearing to be held on 18 September 2000 at Hull, Quebec and is rescheduled to the agenda of the Public Hearing commencing on 30 October 2000, at the Telus Convention Centre, 120 Ninth Avenue Southeast, Calgary, Alberta:

MONTRÉAL, RIMOUSKI AND QUÉBEC CITY, Quebec
Applications (200017542, 200017550, 200015273) by COMMUNICATIONS QUEBECOR INC., COGECO INC. RADIO NORD INC., GESTION BARIPRA INC., and TÉLÉVISION MBS INC., limited partners, and COMMANDITÉ TQS INC., a company to be incorporated and to be a general partner in a limited partnership to be known as "Société en commandite TQS", c/o Ogilvy Renault, 1981 McGill College Avenue, Suite 100, Montréal, Quebec, H3A 2C1, for authority to acquire the assets and for broadcasting licences to continue the operation of the television programming undertakings CFJP-TV Montréal and its transmitter CJPC-TV Rimouski, CFAP-TV Quebec City, and for the French-language television network, all under the same terms and conditions as the current licences and any terms and conditions that may be imposed in the context of the licence renewal applications which were heard at the 27 June 2000 public hearing in Montréal, Quebec.
It should be noted that the interventions already received, accepted and filed on the public file will be considered by the Commission in its study of these applications as well as any other intervention received for the 30 October 2000 Public Hearing at Calgary, Alberta.
