Application (200004614) by WIC TELEVISION LTD. (WIC Television), on behalf of CanWest Global Communi- cations Inc. (CanWest Global) and CTEQ Television Inc. Following this transaction, if approved, CanWest Global would, indirectly, own an interest in CJNT-TV in the Montréal market through its subsidiary CW Shareholdings. The Commission intends to discuss the level of concentration of ownership that may arise in this context.
