Nine-month administrative renewal | |

The Commission renews the broadcasting licence for the cable distribution undertaking noted above, from 1 April 2000 to 31 December 2000, subject to the terms and conditions in effect under the current licence. |

The Commission has granted an administrative renewal in order to consider an application by Télécâble Provincial inc. to acquire the assets of the undertaking. This application is on the agenda of the 9 May 2000 Public Hearing to be held in Kingston, Ontario. |
