Acquisition of assets |

The Commission approves the application for authority to acquire the assets of the radiocommunication distribution undertaking serving Holman Island, from Oluksaktok Broadcasting Society, and for a broadcasting licence to continue the operation of this undertaking. |

The Commission will issue a licence to the Hamlet of Holman, expiring 31 August 2007, upon surrender of the current licence. The licence will be subject to the conditions specified in the licence to be issued. |
3. |
The licensee is authorized to distribute, in non-encrypted mode, the programming service of CBU Vancouver, on frequency 105.1 MHz, with an effective radiated power of 8.7 watts. |
