The Commission renews the broadcasting licence for the television programming undertaking CHVC-TV Valemount, from 1 March 2001 to 31 August 2007, subject to the conditions specified in this decision and in the licence to be issued. |

The licensee is relieved, by condition of licence, of the requirements of section 4 of the Television Broadcasting Regulations, 1987 with regard to Canadian programs; of section 10 with regard to the retention of program logs or records; and of section 11 with regard to advertising material.

It is a condition of licence that the licensee adhere to the guidelines on the depiction of violence in television programming set out in the Canadian Association of Broadcaster's Voluntary code regarding violence in television programming, as amended from time to time and approved by the Commission. |
