Correction

1.

In Decision CRTC 2000-424  dated 30 October 2000, the Commission approved applications by Câble-Axion Québec inc. to acquire, from Gestion L.S. Tardif inc., the assets of the cable systems serving Biencourt, Lac-des-Aigles, Saint-Cyprien, Saint-Léon-le-Grand, and Squatec, Quebec. The licence expiry date for the undertaking serving Saint-Cyprien set out in the appendix to the decision is incorrect. The expiry date of that licence is the same as that of the other undertakings acquired by Câble-Axion, that is 31 August 2003.

2.

The Commission hereby replaces the paragraphs setting out the licence expiry dates for the undertakings with the following:

Upon surrender of the current licences, the Commission will issue Class 3 licences to Câble-Axion Québec inc. expiring 31 August 2003 (the current expiry date).
