Acquisition of assets |

1. |
The Commission approves the application for authority to acquire the assets of the radiocommunication distribution undertaking serving Whistler, from Whistler Mountain T.V. Society, and for a broadcasting licence to continue the operation of this undertaking. |

2. |
The Commission will issue a licence to Whistlerweb.net Internet Service Inc., expiring 31 August 2007, upon surrender of the current licence. The licence will be subject to the conditions specified in the licence to be issued. |

3. |
The licensee is authorized to distribute, in non-encrypted mode, the programming services of CKVU-TV (IND) Vancouver and CHEK-TV (CTV) Victoria, using channels 18 and 21, each with a transmitter power of 1 watt. |

4. |
The Commission encourages the licensee to consider employment equity issues in its hiring practices and in all other aspects of its management of human resources (Public Notice CRTC 1992-59). |
