Acquisition of assets |

The Commission approves the applications for authority to acquire the assets of the radiocommunication distribution undertakings CFIL-FM Gillam, CJEN-FM Jenpeg and CHGG-FM Limestone, from Robert J. Hamlin, and for broadcasting licences to continue the operation of these undertakings. |

The Commission will issue licences to Mr. Gordon D. Waldmo or his successors, expiring 31 August 2007, upon surrender of the current licences. The licences will be subject to the conditions specified in the licences to be issued. |

CFIL-FM, CJEN-FM and CHGG-FM each rebroadcast the programs of CJOB Winnipeg. These rebroadcasting transmitters serve workers at permanent work camps of Manitoba Hydro at the locations noted above. |
