The Commission approves the applications by Cancom and SC Services to amend the broadcasting licences for their national satellite relay distribution undertakings, by adding CJOH-TV (CTV) Ottawa to the list of signals that they are authorized to distribute. |

As part of the applications, Cancom and SC Services requested the addition of CJOH-TV to the list of Part 3 eligible satellite services. CJOH-TV does not currently appear on this list. |

In Public Notice CRTC 2000-143 of today's date entitled Revised lists of eligible satellite services, the Commission has amended the list of Part 3 eligible satellite services to reflect the approval granted in this decision. |
