Addition of transmitters

1.

The Commission approves the application to amend the broadcasting licence for the radiocommunication distribution undertaking serving Wallace, by adding transmitters for the distribution, in encrypted mode, of the following programing services:

Country Music Television (CMT)
Cable News Network (CNN)
The History Channel
Arts & Entertainment (A&E)
WUHF (FOX) Rochester, New York

2.

The licensee is authorized to distribute these five new services using channels 26, 40, 46, 51 and 53, each with a transmitter power of 20 watts.
