The Commission renews the broadcasting licence for the radiocommunication distribution undertaking serving Burton, from 1 September 2000 to 31 August 2007, subject to the conditions specified in the licence to be issued. |

The Commission approves the application to amend the licence as follows: |
| - by deleting Learning and Skills Television of Alberta (formerly Access Network); and | |
|
- by adding CBMT (CBC) Montréal. |
