|
Columbia Electoral Area "A" Television Rebroadcasting Society has requested the revocation of its licence for the radiocommunication distribution undertaking authorized to serve Nicholson. The licensee has advised the Commission that it ceased transmitting and will apply for a new site, at a later date, which will include Nicholson in its coverage area.

In view of the licensee's request and pursuant to paragraph 9(1)(e) and subsection 24(1) of the Broadcasting Act, the Commission hereby revokes the licence issued to Columbia Electoral Area "A" Television Rebroadcasting Society for the above-mentioned undertaking.
