The Commission renews the broadcasting licences for the television programming undertakings CH4472 Ashcroft and CH4473 Cache Creek, from 1 September 2000 to 31 August 2007, subject to the conditions specified in this decision and in the licences to be issued. |

It is a condition of each licence that the licensee adhere to the guidelines on the depiction of violence in television programming set out in the Canadian Association of Broadcasters' Voluntary code regarding violence in television programming, as amended from time to time and approved by the Commission. |
