Licence renewal for CJTG-TV | |

The Commission renews the broadcasting licence for the television programming undertaking CJTG-TV Meander River, from 1 September 2000 to 31 August 2007, subject to the conditions specified in this decision and in the licence to be issued. |

The licensee is relieved, by condition of licence, of the requirements of section 10 of the Television Broadcasting Regulations, 1987, with regard to the retention of program logs or records. |

It is a condition of licence that the licensee adhere to the guidelines on the depiction of violence in television programming set out in the Canadian Association of Broadcasters' Voluntary code regarding violence in television programming, as amended from time to time and approved by the Commission. |
