Revocation

1.

Baynes Lake Parks and Recreation Society has requested the revocation of its licence for the radiocommunication distribution undertaking authorized to serve Baynes Lake. The licensee has advised the Commission that the undertaking has not been in operation for the past year and wishes to surrender its licence.

2.

In view of the licensee's request and pursuant to paragraph 9(1)(e) and subsection 24(1) of the Broadcasting Act, the Commission hereby revokes the licence issued to Baynes Lake Parks and Recreation Society for the above-mentioned undertaking.
