Snowden and the rural municipality of Torch River, Saskatchewan

Revocation

1.

J.L.R. Systems Inc. has requested the revocation of its licence for the radiocommunication distribution undertaking authorized to serve Snowden and the rural municipality of Torch River. The licensee has advised the Commission that they ceased operations on 30 September 1999.

In view of the licensee's request and pursuant to paragraph 9(1)(e) and subsection 24(1) of the Broadcasting Act, the Commission hereby revokes the licence issued to J.L.R. Systems Inc. for the above-mentioned undertaking.
