Change in frequency for CJWL-FM

1.

The Commission approves the application to amend the broadcasting licence for CJWL-FM Iroquois Falls by changing the frequency from 104.9 MHz (channel 285LP) to 101.1 MHz (channel 266LP).

2.

The applicant stated that the frequency change will eliminate interference presently received from CBON-FM-21 Gogama, Ontario.

3.

The Commission acknowledges the intervention submitted in support of this application.
