The Commission approves the application by CTV Sports Net Inc. to amend the broadcasting licence for the English-language specialty programming undertaking known as Sports Net in order to permit the delivery of all four of its existing regional feeds to individual broadcasting distribution undertakings on a digital-only basis. |

The applicant stated that, should the Commission approve the application, the Sports Net programming offered would not differ in any way from the programming currently provided on the existing four regional feeds. |

The Commission acknowledges and has considered the interventions submitted in support of this application. |
