Application (199805371) by RADIO NORD INC., P.O. Box 4010, 171 Jean-Proulx Street, Hull, Quebec, J8Z 1W8, for authority to amend the technical parameters of the transmitter at Rouyn-Noranda of the FM (radio) programming undertaking at Val d'Or, by changing the frequency from 98.3 MHz (channel 252A) to 95.7 MHz (channel 239C) and by increasing the effective radiated power from 862 to 26,100 watts.
