Telecom Order CRTC 99-29

 

On 7 December 1998, Northwestel Inc. filed an application under Tariff Notice (TN) 691, amended by TN 691A dated 10 December 1998, for approval of tariff revisions to General Tariff Item 1701.1, introducing the "Try-It-You'll-Like-It" Promotion, providing for a free trial promotion for new subscriptions to Custom Calling Features, Call Management Services and/or Voice Messaging Services allowing for the waiving of Order Processing and Line Connection charges for the above features, as well as a one-month free trial of Custom Calling Features, Call Management Services and Voice Messaging Services for customers who have not previously participated in a free trial or subscribed to the service.

In light of the foregoing, the Commission orders that:

 

The proposed tariff revisions are approved effective the date of this Order.
