Applications (199905197, 199905288, 199905304, 199905337, 199905345) by FUNDY CABLE LTD./LTÉE, 199 Chesley Drive, Saint John, New Brunswick, E2K 4S9, to amend the broadcasting licences of the cable distribution undertakings serving the above-mentioned localities.
|
Fundy proposes to distribute WBZ-TV (CBS) Boston, Massachusets instead of the currently authorized CBS affiliate, WTOL-TV (CBS) Detroit, Michigan. This change requires approval by condition of licence.

Application (199901559) by the CANADIAN BROADCASTING CORPORATION to amend the broadcasting licence of the radio programming undertaking CBME-FM Montréal, by increasing the effective radiated power from 4,000 to 16,900 watts.

The licensee states that this change should improve the CBC Radio One service provided by CBME-FM, particularly in the outlying areas.

- submit your original written intervention to the Secretary General of the Commission (CRTC, Ottawa, K1A 0N2). A true copy MUST be sent to the applicant and proof that this has been done must accompany the original intervention sent to the Commission.

- the intervention may be filed with the Commission by electronic mail at the following e-mail address: procedure@crtc.gc.ca and should indicate if a true copy has been sent to the applicant. Each paragraph of the document should be numbered. In addition, as an indication that the document has not been damaged during electronic transmission, the line ***End of document*** should be entered following the last paragraph of each document. However, your intervention and the proof of service to the applicant will also have to be filed in hard copy;
