Transfer of control and shares

The Commission announces that it has approved, by Letter of Authority A99-0155 dated 15 December 1999, a change to the ownership and effective control of Pontiac Cable Company Inc. through the transfer, to Joy Moorhead, of 50% of the voting shares previously owned by Jean Landry. As a result of the transaction, Joy Moorhead and Waverley Moorhead will jointly control the licensee. Pontiac Cable Company Inc. is the licensee of a cable distribution undertaking serving Campbell’s Bay.
