Transfer of control and shares

The Commission announces that it has approved, by Letter of Authority A99-0156 dated 15 December 1999, a change to the effective control of Câble Média Plus inc., licensee of the cable distribution undertaking serving the above-noted localities, through the purchase of all the shares held by Câble Média Plus inc., by Télécâble Blouin inc., a company ultimately controlled by Télébec ltée.
