Transfer of ownership and control
|
|
The Commission announces that it has approved, by Letter of Authority A99-0143 dated 29 October 1999, a change to the ownership and control of Pacific Place Cable Ltd. (PPC) through the transfer of all of its issued and outstanding shares to Novus Telecom Group Inc. (Novus). PPC is licensee of a cable distribution undertaking serving part of Vancouver. As a result of the transaction, PPC will be controlled by Novus' board of directors.
