The Commission has received the following application:

1. ACROSS CANADA
|
|
Application (199811344) by the TVA GROUP INC. to amend the broadcasting licence of the French-language national specialty programming undertaking known as "Le Canal Nouvelles", by amending condition of licence no. 3 pertaining to the distribution of advertising material.
|
|
The licensee is applying to amend the condition of licence in order to increase the amount of advertising from the current 8 minutes to a maximum of 12 minutes per hour.
|
|

However, your intervention and the proof of service to the applicant will also have to be filed in hard copy;

In the event that the application is brought to the oral phase of the hearing it would be helpful to the Commission if you provide reasons why your written comments are not sufficient and an appearance is necessary;
