The Commission announces that it has approved, by Letter of Authority A99-0120 dated 7 September 1999, a change in the control of Radio Express inc., licensee of the radio programming undertaking CKOD-FM Valleyfield. As a result of the transaction, Robert Brunet and Michel Gadoua will jointly control the licensee.
