The Commission announces that it has approved, by Letter of Authority A98-0159 dated 23 December 1998, the transfer of control of Community Cable Limited, licensee of the cable distribution undertaking serving Conception Bay, through the transfer of all of the issued and outstanding shares held by Dunne Holdings Limited to Mahoney Holdings Limited. William Mahoney, a Canadian citizen and resident, controls this company.
