On 16 September 1999, BC TEL filed an application for approval of General Tariff Item 138, introducing IntelliRouteTM (IntelliRoute) Service - Market Trial, which provides business customers with enhanced service features which automatically route or screen incoming telephone calls or monitor (in aggregate) incoming telephone traffic. The IntelliRoute market trial will be conducted in the 250 and 604 area codes from 22 October 1999 to 22 April 2000. |
