Telecom Order CRTC 99-981

The Commission has received an ex parte application from Bell Canada under Tariff Notice 6392, dated 3 September 1999, proposing revisions to the General Tariff.

File No.: Tariff Notice 6392

1.In Price Cap Regulation and Related Issues, Telecom Decision CRTC 97-9, 1 May 1997, the Commission indicated that it would be appropriate to grant ex parte treatment to tariff filings for uncapped services. The Commission notes that residential primary exchange service and the Residence Service Connection work function are not uncapped services.

2.In light of the above, the Commission will not consider this filing on an ex parte basis. The company is directed to provide a copy of the application for the public record in all relevant public examination rooms within two business days.
