On 31 August 1999, Bell Canada filed an application for approval of revisions to the 976 Service - Service Provider Agreement and the 976 Service - Accounts Receivable Management (ARM) Agreement, to introduce various pay-per-call service attributes such as Deposit Requirements, Program Content Guidelines and Business/Government Program. |
